Pro Tips for Success
Best Practices
- Match images directly to testimonials when possible (same customer, same product)
- Use high-quality photos that clearly show positive results or experiences
- Include star ratings with testimonials to quickly communicate satisfaction
- Keep testimonial text concise but specific - detailed feedback is more credible
- Use real customer photos rather than stock images for authenticity
- Consider using before/after images alongside transformation testimonials
Common Mistakes
- Don't use generic testimonials that could apply to any business
- Avoid mismatched images that don't relate to the testimonial content
- Don't overcrowd with too many testimonials - quality over quantity
- Avoid using obviously fake or stock photos for customer images
- Don't forget to include customer names and details for credibility
- Avoid testimonials that are too long - visitors scan quickly
